National Squads

U19

Swiss Netball formed their first-ever U19 Netball Squad in April 2019 and in November 2019 the Competition Team participated in the European Invitational Competition held in Dublin, Ireland, winning Silver.

In 2019, this Squad trained from April – November and in the low season they are called upon to play against the Under 17 National Team.

In 2019 the Performance Squad season ran from trials in April to November and trained approximately once a month together in a weekend training camp, which included court training, match play and team building activities.

At the end of their season, the selected competition athletes took part in either Netball Europe Competition or the European Invitational Competition.

The 2020-21 season for our U19 Squad will be different due to the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions on our training as well as competition.
